Although we strive to provide accurate product information, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

When necessary, Sweet Jerusalem may substitute individual items with alternatives of comparable quality and value. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall character and presentation of the original order.

Material substitutions will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible.

4. Perishable Products & Storage

Many of our products are perishable and intended for prompt consumption.

Customers and recipients are responsible for following any storage instructions provided and for properly storing and handling products after delivery.

Sweet Jerusalem is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or unreasonable delays in consumption after successful delivery, except where required by applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, telephone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Incorrect or incomplete information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability may result in additional delivery charges and a restocking or handling fee of up to $20.

Additional charges may include the actual cost of shipping or redelivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Jerusalem makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all products are prepared, packaged, and delivered with care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Jerusalem shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delivery disruptions, recipient unavailability, or improper handling after delivery.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

By placing an order through the Sweet Jerusalem website, customers acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Legal Notice, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service, as applicable.
